1.  Adverts run for 28days. If you ask us, we will repeat the advert for free for a further 28days until vehicle is sold.

2. Our service to you will start as soon as your vehicle is registered with us and you will have no right to cancel your advert with us after placing it.

3. If you ask us to change the selling price of your vehicle or correct any mistakes, we will change the advert for free of charge.

4. If you tell us that your vehicle has been stolen or damaged, we will suspend the advert and run it again when u ask us to.

5. If you cancel any advert before the vehicle is sold you can advertise a second vehicle free of charge.

6. We are not responsible for: 

         - The condition of any vehicle advertised.
- The advert not getting any response.
- A buyer or sellers lack of good faith
- Any guide book valuation given
- Any unforeseeable loss
- Service suspended or interrupted as a result of a circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

7. The number of buyers or enquires registered with us is given solely as a guide for you to assess the current market demand. They reflect the vehicles of all types and all price ranges currently wanted by buyers registered on our system.

8.  Buyers of most cars advertised with us are entitled to a one month engine and gear box warranty on the day of purchase. (This offer excludes exotic cars, cars more than 10years old and cars with more than 100000miles.

9. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer. Any change must be confirmed in writing by one of our authorised officers

10.  Car Match Limited reserves the right from time to time to change and / or alter these terms and conditions without notification to the customer
